I want to prevent my Computer from automatically sleeping or hibernating

If your Computer is taking a long time before sleeping or hibernating, remember there is a risk of Data loss. Here we have given the detail steps to prevent the Computer from entering a power-saving state.
1. First, open the Power Options from Start Button, Control Panel and System Security.
2. Then, on the Select a power plan page, click Change plan settings next to the selected plan.
3. Now, click Change advanced power settings on the Change Settings for the plan page.
4. Now, on the Advanced settings tab, double click Sleep and then double click Sleep after.
5. After that, you can do any one of the following.


• Click on the Battery or Plugged in (or both).
• Then click Arrow and then click Never.
• The above two steps are for a Laptop.
• For Desktop Computers, click on Settings, click the Arrow and then click on Never.
6. If you finish the above steps, double click on Hibernate and then perform any of the following steps.
• Click on the Battery or Plugged in (or both).
• Then click Arrow and then click Never.
• The above two steps are for a Laptop.
• For Desktop Computers, click on Settings, click the Arrow and then click on Never.
7. Now, if you want to display the Computer to stay turned on, just double click Display and then double click Turn Off display after and perform any one of the followings.
• Click on the Battery or Plugged in (or both).
• Then click Arrow and then click Never.
• The above two steps are for a Laptop.
• For Desktop Computers, click on Settings, click the Arrow and then click on Never.
8. After that, click on OK.
9. Then, click on Save Changes.

10. Using these steps, you can prevent the Computer from automatically sleeping or hibernating.
