How to add the Run Command in the Start Menu of Windows 7

Windows 7, realty we can’t deny the features of this Operating System. However, there are some exceptions which we can’t perform in the Windows 7 Operating System. In this case, we have to use the features of the previous version of Windows. In such a way, one of the most often used features is using the Run Command from the previous versions of the Operating System as it has been replaced by the Search Panel of the Operating System. If you want to restore the Run Command back in the Windows 7, just follow the steps provided in this article.



• First, right click on the Taskbar of the Windows 7 Operating System.
• Now, you can get the Start Menu Properties.
• In the Start Menu Properties, you have to select the Start Menu tab.
• Then, click on the Customize Button.
• After that, scroll down to the Run Command and then select the Check Box against it.
• Now, click on OK.
• Once you click on the OK, you will be navigated again to the Taskbar and the Start Menu properties menu.
• Now, click on Apply and then click on OK.
• That’s it. Now, successfully you’ve brought the Run Command back on the Start Menu.
• Now, you can get the same feature as available in the previous version Operating System.
