A nominal phablet of Micromax, Canvas Viva

In the budget smart phone segment Micromax has come out with more advanced features and sophistication.  The Micromax launch of Canvas Viva phablet has modern features with rather substandard operating system.  The product features a 5 inch display with 800x480 pixels resolution, 1 GHz single core processor, an internal memory of 512 MB and 256 RAM, a micro SD card slot for expandable memory of up to 32 GB and a 3 megapixel rear camera with a nominal powered battery 2000 mAh.  Not to forget the device connective features like, 2G, WI-Fi, 3G, MicroUSB and Bluetooth.  The battery enables the user to have a talk time of 7 hours which is very nominal.

The Micromax Canvas Viva costs for Rs 6499, considered as the cheapest phablet of India.  The Android variant Gingerbread is the lowest version installed in the phone, while most of the smart phone has the upgraded variant.  This internal and expandable memory below average, the phone is not compatible with the latest applications available.  For such a price tag and renowned company the phone is more than satisfactory.
