Follow an accurate weight loss program using the smart phone application

Scientists have developed a new application to keep a watch of weight loss.  The new application “My Meal Mate” will alert the user of the diet and exercise to be followed sets a particular number of losing weight in a week and lastly conveys a message about the amount of progress that has been done in a week.  Whilst an experiment conducted, people following the smart phone lost considerably than those using paper calculations.

The professor of the School of Food Science and Nutrition, said, “The labeling on food packaging can help people to identify sensible food choices but it doesn’t enable them to understand the cumulative effects of the foods they eat.  Keeping a food diary allows us to see where we might be eating too much and the app has proved to be the most effective tracking method by far”.  The technology has helped people lose weight by enabling them to keep a close watch on their intake of food.  This is a free application for smart phones.  This can be accessed from NHS Choices web sites.
